100%. This reminds of a song I like with the lyrics "the love is fake, but the hate is real". All throughout my life people utter the word "love" and their actions scream the opposite. It's a fake disingenuous word. But hate...... "hate" always felt genuine. Like they always mean it. Super messed up that this consistent pattern was a major thing I learned from life.
